Grand Opening of the Annual Partnership Co-Op Holiday Sale

December 7, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Come join us on Thursday night, Dec. 7, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for the Grand Opening of the Annual Partnership Co-Op Holiday Sale. The popular holiday sale will feature Native American crafts, Haitian art and Palestinian goods from our friends at the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in South Dakota, the Artibonite Valley in Haiti and a small Palestinian community just east of Bethlehem. It’s an excellent bazaar to pick up unique holiday gifts for friends and family. At the Grand Opening, you can enjoy wine and snacks, as well as a gift raffle. This year’s Partnership Co-Op Holiday Sale is being held at 264 Main Street in Old Saybrook – in the old Southern Exposure building located between Cartier Optical and Nail Spa.

After the Grand Opening, the holiday sale will continue on the following dates:

  • Friday, December 8, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 9, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 10, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Friday, December 15, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 16, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 17, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Partnership Co-Op is an informal coalition of three nonprofit organizations that operate out of FCCOL in support of our church’s missions and ministry – Tribal Crafts, Inc., the Crosby Fun for Haitian Education and the Tree of Life Educational Fund (TOLEF). All proceeds from the event will be returned to the artisans of the Cheyenne River Reservation, the Haitian artists and TOLEF.

We Depend Upon One Another

We depend upon our faith to guide us. We depend upon one another as we share and deepen our own spirituality to perform our work. And we know, too, that there are people who depend upon us – even as we depend upon them - to be signs of hope in troubling times. With our annual Stewardship Campaign, we depend upon you. We rely on you to make our ministries and our outreach possible. Our annual Stewardship Campaign raises nearly 90% of the funds needed for our ministry and missions. We welcome – and are grateful for – any and all gifts.
