  • A family may be put in a terrible spot to buy food or diapers.
  • Without diapers, a family may use paper towels, newspapers, plastic bags, or reuse diapers for their baby.
  • A baby without the basic
    supply of diapers may develop urinary tract infections and severe rashes requiring medical attention.
  • A crying baby may signal the need for food, a clean diaper and formula to calm the cries.
  • Mom may feel she has failed her baby; this can lead to
    depression and child abuse.
  • The lack of this basic necessity is a Public Health Care Crisis.
  • The Diaper Bank distributed diapers, wipes, and baby food to 77 babies in August.
  • Our distribution dates are: October 1, November 5, and December 3.
  • The Diaper Bank inventory is running low. There is a need for sizes 2, 3, 4, and 5.
