Building Use

Think of this building as a gathering place for good.

Our space is your space.

We believe our building isn’t just ours to keep — it’s ours to share. For generations, within these walls and beneath this roof, there have been weddings and funerals, scout troop meetings, committee meetings and board meetings. We have hosted choir rehearsals, 12-step groups, potlucks and quiet prayer. We think that’s exactly what a church building is for.

If you’re feeding people who are hungry, teaching a child to read, sing, or dream bigger, if you’re gathering to grieve or celebrate, to work for justice, help our planet, or love your neighbor, there’s a place for you here. If you believe, as we do, that community-making is sacred work — our space is your space.

Our space includes:

  • A sanctuary for weddings, funerals, concerts, and recitals
  • A fellowship hall with a full kitchen
  • Meeting rooms for groups large and small
  • Ample parking

If your group is doing good in Old Lyme or in the surrounding area and needs a place to do it, contact us at fccol@fccol.org— we’d love to talk.
