Every Saturday morning, church volunteers distribute groceries in the Fellowship Hall of the Parish House from 8:30 – 10:30 am as part of The Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries.Each family we serve receives about 40 pounds of food donated either by congregation and community members, or by local farms and food banks.

We have extraordinary gratitude for our regular donating organizations, including Smith’s Acres of Niantic, White Gate Farm in East Lyme, Big Y and Stop & Shop.

Please bring mail with your home address.

We try to provide enough groceries to feed your family 3 meals for 3 days. Sometimes there is more. Sometimes a little less.

If you arrive during posted hours, you will receive groceries.

Not yet! We may, though, run out of particular items.

No. We’re all in this together, and people will be served on a first come, first serve basis.

Our pantry guests are given a number when they arrive to allow for the distribution to be as fair as possible. There may be unique circumstances when, at the pantry managers discretion, a guest is able to skip the number process. If you have questions or concerns please approach the site’s pantry manager.
