What To Expect On Sundays

Longing for a place where tradition and wonder sit side-by-side? Join us next Sunday morning!

Worship Service Schedule

Worship services take place every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in our historic Meetinghouse on the corner of Lyme Street and Ferry Road in Old Lyme.

Each service includes a time of communion, meditation, prayer, an inspiring message from one of our three ministers, and sacred music.

Worship services usually last between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes, followed by a community coffee hour where we connect with new friends, catch up with old ones, and enjoy each other’s company.

During the school year, Sunday School classes and nursery care are offered during the service. During the summer – from the first Sunday in June until the Sunday after Labor Day – we take a break from Sunday School. We continue to offer activities for younger children while Sunday School is not in session.

We celebrate with special holiday worship services during Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter,  and Thanksgiving.

Our Junior High and Senior High Fellowship groups also meet periodically on Sundays and at other times for special events or projects. You can call the church office for dates and times of these gatherings. They will also be listed in the Sunday service bulletins.
